You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or guardian, to use this Site. You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information when you register, and keep it up to date.

We sell toys and collectibles, including trading cards. All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may change without prior notice, including prices that update automatically to track third-party market pricing for certain trading cards. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or condition may vary, and we'll note a card's condition and foil treatment where applicable.

Trademarks, character names, and artwork shown on products we sell belong to their respective owners/publishers. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those brands unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order reserves the item(s) but does not charge you automatically - payments on this Site are verified manually. After checkout, you'll pay via the bank/e-wallet details we provide and upload proof of payment; we'll verify it and update your order status accordingly. Submitting fake, altered, or duplicate payment proof is fraud and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Pre-order items are not yet in our possession and ship on or after the estimated arrival date we display, which can change based on our suppliers. Depending on the item, you may be asked to pay in full upfront or pay a deposit now with the balance billed closer to arrival.

We ship within the Philippines via third-party couriers. Shipping fees, methods, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or on your order page. Delays caused by the courier or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we'll help coordinate with the courier where we can.

You may request cancellation or a refund on an eligible order from your account's order page. We review each request and, where approved, refund the verified amount paid by manual bank or e-wallet transfer. Refund timing depends on your bank or e-wallet.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, altered, or fraudulent payment proof.
• Attempt to access another user's account or our admin systems without authorization.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts or abuses its normal operation.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse pricing or product data obtained from the Site at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the effective date above, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
